Do you offer one-time workshops or ongoing support?
Both. I offer single workshops as well as multi-session engagements that include consultation, implementation support, and follow-up to deepen impact.
An organizational assessment evaluates strengths, challenges, and opportunities related to culture, communication, leadership, and systems. Findings are used to inform clear, actionable recommendations.
